Samsung’s upcoming One UI 7 update will focus on enhancing security and resolving existing software issues. A new feature will automatically dim the screen when the battery level drops below 5%, and users will be unable to increase the brightness.
The rollout of One UI 7 is anticipated to begin with the Galaxy S24 series in February 2025, specifically between the 15th and 20th of the month. Other Galaxy phones and tablets will receive the update later. The Galaxy S23 series, along with the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Z Fold 5, are expected to receive the update in March 2025. Owners of the Galaxy S22 series, Galaxy Z Flip 4, and Galaxy Z Fold 4 can expect the update between April and May 2025. Additional Samsung smartphones are slated to receive the update in mid-2025.
The update will be available for a wide range of Samsung devices. These include the Galaxy S series (from S21 to S24, including FE models), the Galaxy Z series (Fold and Flip models from 3 to 6), and several models in the Galaxy A, M, F, and Tab series.
