realme C71 and Studio H1 Debut with Advanced Features
realme, a rapidly growing global smartphone brand, has launched its latest entry-level smartphone, the realme C71, alongside a new addition to its audio product lineup, the realme TechLife Studio H1 wireless headphones. The company is aiming to strengthen its position in the affordable device segment with a combination of strong performance, advanced features, and competitive pricing.
The realme C71 is positioned as a new benchmark in its category, offering a range of features that are uncommon in entry-level smartphones. One of the device’s most notable specifications is its battery. The C71 is equipped with a 6300mAh battery, claimed to be the largest in its segment. According to realme, this battery capacity can deliver up to 2.8 days of standby time, 9.3 hours of gaming, and 15.4 hours of continuous TikTok viewing on a single charge. To address the issue of lengthy charging times, the C71 also supports 45W fast charging technology, which enables quicker charging cycles. Furthermore, the device can function as a power bank for other devices, thanks to its 6W reverse charging capability via the USB Type-C port.
Durability is another key focus for the C71. The smartphone features military-grade shock resistance, which enables it to survive drops from up to 1.5 meters onto hard surfaces, such as steel, marble, or wood. This level of robustness is designed to meet the demands of users with active lifestyles or those who require a phone that can handle accidental drops and everyday wear and tear.
Audio performance has also been enhanced in the C71. The device features what realme describes as the segment’s largest volume output, offering sound levels up to 400% louder than competing smartphones in the same class. The Ultra Volume Mode is intended to ensure that audio remains clear and loud, even in noisy environments, making the device suitable for calls, music listening, and media playback.
Despite its large battery, the realme C71 maintains a slim profile. The phone is just 7.79mm thick, making it the thinnest in its segment. The design is inspired by feather textures, and the back panel features elegant curves for improved grip and comfort. The device includes a Pulse Light feature that glows for notifications, pulses during charging, and lights up during music playback. Users can also customize the glow pattern to suit their personal style.
The realme C71 is equipped with several AI-driven features. These include AI Call Noise Reduction 2.0, which works to minimize background noise during phone calls, and AI Clear Face, which is designed to improve image clarity in photographs. For editing photos, AI Image Matting and AI Eraser tools allow users to extract subjects from images or remove unwanted objects. Additional smart features include Google Gemini and Circle to Search, which allow users to perform tasks directly from any screen without switching between apps.
Connectivity and convenience have also been considered in the C71’s design. The Signal Hunter Antenna is intended to improve signal reception in weak areas, while Riding Mode 2.0 provides a distraction-free interface for users who are traveling. These features are aimed at providing a more reliable and safe user experience, particularly for those who use their phones in various environments.
In addition to the C71 smartphone, realme has introduced the TechLife Studio H1 wireless over-ear headphones. The Studio H1 is designed for extended use, featuring 40mm dynamic bass drivers and up to 70 hours of battery life. The headphones also include 43dB hybrid active noise cancellation, which aims to provide a high-quality audio experience at an affordable price. Other features include Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity, dual-device pairing, and a low latency mode, making the headphones suitable for both entertainment and work-related tasks. The foldable design and smart controls add to the practicality of the product.
The Studio H1 will be available in Malaysia for RM399, beginning on 25 June 2025. It will be offered in two colors, Ivory Beats and Midnight Magic, and can be purchased through realme’s official online stores on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.
For the realme C71, the official retail price is RM499 for the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant, with dynamic RAM expansion available up to 18GB. The smartphone comes in two colors, Forest Owl and White Swan, and will be available from 13 June to 12 July 2025 at realme Brand Stores, authorized dealers, and official Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok stores. Customers who purchase the device during the first sale period will receive a free screen protector and a one-year extended warranty, valued at RM169.
