Ryt Bank has introduced Chinese language support in its mobile app, expanding access alongside Bahasa Malaysia and English. The launch was timed with Malaysia Day celebrations to reflect the country’s spirit of unity and inclusivity. The addition aims to make secure and seamless banking available to more Malaysians in their preferred language, reinforcing the bank’s vision of inclusive digital finance.

Ryt Bank has quickly emerged as a frontrunner in Malaysia’s digital banking sector. It is currently ranked the top finance app on the Apple App Store and second on Google Play, while also being the highest-rated digital bank among users. By the end of September, the bank will enhance the app with a smarter Ryt AI system to support QR payments, transfers, and bill settlements. Customers will also see a toggle feature that speeds up transactions, and a fully integrated JomPAY flow that simplifies bill management in one place.

The bank continues to release new features designed for everyday Malaysians. Customers can earn daily interest of up to 4% per annum with no lock-in period, ensuring funds remain accessible while growing returns. For spending, Ryt PayLater provides instant credit of up to RM1,499, with cashback on DuitNow QR payments and higher rewards from partner stores. The upcoming Visa-powered Ryt Card will allow users to switch between debit and credit instantly in-app, offering unlimited cashback overseas, zero transaction and withdrawal fees, and partner rewards such as Shopee vouchers and dining discounts at YTL Hotels restaurants.

Security is central to Ryt Bank’s services, with biometric login, real-time fraud alerts, and protection under PIDM of up to RM250,000. The bank is fully licensed by Bank Negara Malaysia, ensuring compliance and trust in its operations.
