Apple Leak Exposes 30 Plus Unreleased Products for 2026

An internal iOS 26 prototype has exposed codenames for more than 30 unreleased Apple products scheduled for launch between 2026 and 2027. The leak originated from an Apple prototype device running an early beta build of iOS 26 that was accidentally sold to a third party. The software carries version number 23A5234w and predates the first official developer beta, with Apple still referring to it internally as iOS 19 at the time.
The leaked code reveals Apple plans to release several major products in early 2026. The iPhone 17e will launch alongside the iPad 12, which may break tradition by featuring the current-generation A19 chip instead of older silicon typically used in budget iPads. The iPad Air lineup will receive M4 chip upgrades in both 11-inch and 13-inch sizes with Wi-Fi and cellular variants.
Apple appears ready to introduce a budget-friendly MacBook powered by the A18 Pro chip, positioning it as an affordable alternative to existing Mac models. This device represents a significant shift in Apple’s Mac strategy, bringing iPhone-class processors to laptop form factors. The 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro models will transition to M5 Pro and M5 Max chips in the same timeframe.
Mid-2026 will see additional Mac updates including 13-inch and 15-inch MacBook Air models with M5 chips, Mac Studio variants with M5 Max and M5 Ultra options, and Mac mini configurations featuring M5 and M5 Pro processors. The Apple Studio Display 2 is also expected to debut with upgraded specifications.
The smartphone roadmap extends through 2026 and into 2027. The iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max models are scheduled for September 2026, featuring what sources describe as design upgrades. Most notably, a foldable iPhone with codename V68 appears in development for the same timeframe. The iPhone Air 2, referenced with codename V62, was originally planned for early 2027 though recent reports suggest this device may face delays.
Apple’s smart home ambitions are expanding with multiple new products. The company is developing a home hub device called HomePad with two variants, one featuring a base and another designed for wall mounting. The HomePod mini 2 will receive updates, and the AirTag 2 tracking device is in development. Additional home accessories appear in the code, potentially including a smart home camera or video doorbell and a tabletop robot device.
Wearable technology remains a priority with the Apple Watch Series 12 and Apple Watch Ultra 4 both planned for September 2026. The Vision product line is expanding significantly with multiple projects in various stages. The Vision Air headset aims to deliver a lighter and more affordable alternative to the current Vision Pro. A second-generation Vision Pro with codename N109 is separate from the Vision Air model. Apple has experimented with AR glasses prototypes, though some projects appear to have been cancelled, including Mac-connected AR glasses and standalone AR glasses. The company continues development on AI-powered smart glasses to compete with products like Meta’s Ray-Ban collaboration.
The Mac lineup will see continued evolution through late 2026 and early 2027. A 14-inch MacBook Pro with the M6 chip is planned for late 2026, followed by 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro models featuring M6 Pro and M6 Max processors. This aggressive update schedule demonstrates Apple’s commitment to rapid silicon advancement across its product portfolio.
Chip development timelines are also visible in the leaked code. The M5 Pro, Max, and Ultra variants are scheduled for the first half of 2026. The A20 and A20 Pro chips will arrive in September 2026 for iPhone models. The S11 chip for Apple Watch and the M6 processor for Mac are both in development, with M6 expected in late 2026. A new U3 ultra-wideband chip is also under development for improved spatial awareness and connectivity features.
Several unknown codenames remain unexplained in the leaked software, including N110, N209, N216, J349, J190, and J226. These may represent additional products not yet rumored or projects in very early development stages that Apple has not finalized.
